You may be navigating emotional and physical recovery while also managing cultural expectations around motherhood, family roles, and support. Many mothers experience pressure from extended family or in-laws, differing beliefs about postpartum care, and conflict between cultural traditions and personal needs.
This group offers space to talk openly about postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, family dynamics, and emotional wellbeing. Cultural values, intergenerational expectations, and in-law relationships are welcomed topics of discussion.
The focus is on emotional support, nervous system regulation, and reducing isolation. This is not a space for comparison or advice-giving. Sharing is always optional.
This is a peer-supported group facilitated by a clinician trained in attachment-based and trauma-informed care. The goal is validation, connection, and steadiness during a vulnerable transition.
