You may function well on the outside while feeling emotionally disconnected, self-critical, or unsure how to ask for care. Many participants learned early to prioritize performance, harmony, or responsibility over emotional expression and safety.
This group focuses on inner child work through an attachment-based, trauma-aware, and culturally responsive lens. Participants explore how early family dynamics, emotional neglect, immigration stress, and cultural expectations shaped their relationship with vulnerability, needs, and self-compassion.
The group emphasizes emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and developing a kinder internal relationship. The work is reflective and paced. You are never asked to relive trauma or share more than feels safe.
This is a peer-supported group facilitated by a clinician trained in attachment-based and trauma-informed care. The focus is on presence, insight, and healing rather than fixing or advice-giving.

You are currently engaging in self-harming behaviors that require medical or intensive clinical support.
You are in acute crisis or need a higher level of care than a support group can provide.
