You may want to parent with more intention, connection, and emotional safety than you received growing up. At the same time, stress, fatigue, and your child’s big emotions may activate old patterns, fears, or internalized messages from your family of origin.
This group focuses on the intersection of parenting, trauma, attachment, and cultural conditioning. Together, participants explore how intergenerational trauma, emotional neglect, immigration stress, and cultural expectations shape parenting reactions and beliefs.
The group emphasizes awareness, nervous system regulation, repair after rupture, and building emotional safety within the parent-child relationship. The goal is not perfection or “gentle parenting done right,” but increased insight, steadiness, and compassion for both parent and child.
This is a peer-supported group facilitated by a clinician trained in attachment-based and trauma-informed care. Discussion is reflective and supportive rather than instructional or prescriptive.

You are seeking this group as a replacement for individual trauma therapy. This is a peer-supported group designed to complement, not replace, individual care.
You are looking for a parenting group focused primarily on behavior management techniques or discipline strategies only.
You are currently engaging in self-harming behaviors that require medical or intensive clinical support.
You are in acute crisis or need a higher level of care than a support group can provide.
If you are located in Massachusetts and feel that individual therapy may be a better fit at this time, you are welcome to reach out to us to explore available options.
