You do not need to prepare anything in advance. There is no pressure to share everything at once. You are welcome to ask questions and take your time.

Telehealth allows you to attend therapy from a private space without commuting. This can reduce scheduling stress and make it easier to maintain consistency. Many clients find telehealth helpful because it:

• Increases privacy
• Allows access to culturally aligned therapists across Massachusetts
Research shows that telehealth therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including anxiety and trauma.
Individual therapy is available to clients who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of sessions, due to licensure requirements.
Support groups are open to participants nationwide, unless otherwise specified in the group description.
Support groups are clinician-facilitated and structured to support safety, reflection, and shared understanding. Groups focus on connection and learning rather than advice-giving. Group details, including focus and eligibility, are listed on each group page.
No. You do not need prior therapy experience to join a support group. Many participants are new to therapy or exploring support for the first time.
Support groups are not a replacement for individual therapy. They are designed to complement personal work by offering connection, shared understanding, and guided reflection in a group setting. Some participants choose to attend groups alongside individual therapy, while others use groups as an additional layer of support.
Each group runs for 8 sessions bi-weekly for 75 minutes.
Groups typically include 6 to 12 participants.
A minimum of 5 participants is required for the group to run. If minimum enrollment is not met, the group may be postponed and participants will receive a full refund.
Groups run as closed cohorts. Once the group begins, no new participants will join. If a group is full or already in progress, you may enroll in the next cycle.
The cost is $420 for the full 8 session group. Participants who pay the full amount at least one month before the group begins receive a 5% early registration discount.
Yes. An installment plan is available with three payments of $140. Please contact us for more details.
Yes. The group facilitator will complete a brief screening to determine whether the group is a good fit.
Some participants may be able to use HSA or FSA funds depending on their plan. Please check with your benefits administrator.

Yes. We offer evening appointments and select late-night sessions, with availability as late as 11 pm (Ends at midnight). Many of our clients are working professionals, students, healthcare workers, or parents who cannot attend daytime sessions.

We understand that many clients balance demanding work schedules, family responsibilities, and cultural expectations. Offering evening and late-night telehealth sessions helps make therapy more accessible and sustainable.

A crisis refers to a situation in which there is immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, or when urgent mental health support is needed beyond outpatient therapy. Examples include active thoughts of self-harm or suicide, intent to harm others, inability to maintain personal safety, or experiencing a mental health emergency that requires immediate attention.
