You do not need to fit into a specific category to reach out. Many clients come in with overlapping concerns or simply a sense that something feels heavy or stuck.
Your first session is a space to share what brings you in, ask questions, and get a feel for the therapeutic relationship. We focus on understanding your goals and experiences, not rushing into solutions.
We accept plans below, and also offer out-of-network coverage with support through Mentaya to help you lower your costs. Sliding scale rates may be available on a case-by-case basis.
