Seeking help is about hope for change, whether efforts are put to identify concrete ways of coping or moving toward preferred ways of being in face of life stressors and dis-ease. I approach our work together with the lens of understanding ourselves holistically and in the context of cultures and environments. I value collaboration with clients and offer thoughtful, strength-based, and connection-oriented counseling.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and have my master's in social work from Simmons University. I have worked as a therapist with adults, children and families since 2012 in community-based settings and hospitals.
