We are considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance panels. Payment is required at the time of service in cash or check.
We offer sliding scale (reduced-fee) rates on a case-by-case basis. If you have a PPO/EPO plan, your payor may be able to reimburse you. Please speak with your insurance payor to clarify your coverage.
